Who am I?

I am teaching mindfulness because I have seen the positive change that it can bring about in people’s lives both at work and at home and in their sport. Small changes can make a big difference in your performance and sense of well being.

Mindfulness has helped me to live more honestly, more calmly and more successfully. It has enabled me to be able to communicate more clearly and calmly with the people around me. It has helped me to be a better parent and partner and to achieve more in the areas of life which are most important to me.

I have been trained with Workplace Mindfulness Training, the only Mindfulness Teacher training currently recognised by the Chartered Management Institute

I love to see my clients bringing about the changes in their lives which enable them to get more out of life and to be able to reach their goals and to realise their potential.
